e-commerce website required for an online clothing store with payment options and everything which is required in an e-commerce website

I am looking for a freelancer to help develop an e-commerce website for an online clothing store. The website must have payment options and all of the features that come with an e-commerce website. The platform of the website is to be discussed which will be the best platform to use. I do not currently have a domain and hosting for my website, so assistance will be needed in this area. Lastly, I'm open to suggestions when it comes to the design of the website, though I do not have a design in mind yet but will prefer a minimalistic design more for the website. Also need some assistance related to the video or images of the product which are to be used in the website.
