E-commerce website needed

Need a website made for an online store that sells amazons returned items as well as other gently used items. It needs to have a payment processor that can accept payments directly on the website and that I can manually enter in a payment as well if I were to have an in person/phone sale. Each item would have to be individually uploaded with a description of each item. There would only usually be one of each item. Would need this all to be done fairly quick.
