E-commerce website development

Looking for someone to build e-commerce website with approx 100 products and filter by brand, pricing and categories. I don’t mind using a woocommerce theme, but you should allow for customisation or changes in design. Will prefer reasonable/cost effective bid and quality website. Pls share some previous experience.
