An e-commerce website + Mobile App (iPhone + Android) for sell the perishable product

Hi Everyone,
We are expanding our business and planning to take a step forward in Digital online marketing.
We are looking for a professional team to make this happens. We want to create an e-commerce website with following requirements and business model.

1) About our product- We sell perishable item and want to make it online for everyone. At this moment, there is one single model entity which we would like to make it online, hence website & logic will not be too complex. It’s simple static website with payment gateway. Our aim – “anyone can order our product from anywhere”.
2) As I said- we want to make our website as e-commerce where user can add our product in bucket and make the appropriate payment accordingly. How would you handle this functionality & payment gateway ?
3) The website will have few pages only. Like Home, Menu, Order Now, Contact us. How would you handle contact / feedback / review pages ? Wil you integrate sms functionality as well? So that we will get notification immediately ?
4) Online Promotion. Facebook, Instagram page & links to the website. + WhatsApp enables on each page
5) Once user can place the order & make the payment. How will you handle the tracking functionality of the orders ?
6) How will you integrate logistics functionality on the website ? so that we (either us or user) can track the orders ?
7) Maintenance window - Once you developed the website, will there any maintenance window (Monthly or quarterly) where we can reach out to you for any minor changes ?
8) In this project, will users (visitor) require creating an account for placing any orders ?
9) Once user placed the orders, can we enable live tracking system of the product in our website where user can track the orders itself?
10) Which technology (platform, programming language) would you prefer to cover all above requirements ?
11) Most important- Please mention about data security part in terms of customer data + orders information + payment.

Please note- We have already purchased web hosting (Windows) and domain from Go-Daddy. So, team can use cPanel to develop this website.
