I am looking to develop a listing website along with a mobile application, allowing users to view listings for the sale, purchase, or rental of houses and apartments.
The website will also allow users to post these listings and will include a back-office interface for an administrator to validate and manage listings (delete, suspend).
Each listing should include various property characteristics (surface area, photos, condition, number of rooms, etc.) as well as a map to locate the property.
Users should be able to conduct their searches using an interactive map to explore available properties.
Another interface must show statistics & graphs from the website database or from external sources (csv,xml files etc)
The website must be responsive with a very clean interface. Additionally, the site's SEO needs to be optimized for better visibility.
