I'm looking for a professional web developer with a strong background in creating platform that enables clients/customers locate and engage with engineers to do house surveys. The idea is that when a client needs to have an energy survey done that input some basic info from a series of drop down choices, and when the data id posted, then engineers can see what it is and provide a quote. The system is actually not too unlike Freelancer website only much simpler and basic.
You ideally, you should have experience with registration and log in where the details are hosted elsewhere.
integrating secure payment gateways, as I am considering options like PayPal, Stripe, GooglePay and Square. Refunding payments, voucher or discount systems.

There is backend software, front end software, User design, responsive, google SEO and other marketing strategies.
