E-commerce Website Design & Shopify Integration
Budget: $600 – $900 USD
Purpose: eCommerce website with Shopify integration to sell digital goods
Business model: Our business is a sweepstakes/giveaway company that sells digital art and media. Our customers would purchase various packages, which have different counts of entry associations. Those entries would be used in a drawing of a grand prize.
The website will be a landing page to showcase a prize, then our digital products (4-5) to be sold, general information, a text body with pictures, expanding/collapsing (accordion) content sections/FAQs, followed by a section at the bottom of the landing page with our quick links such as our contact information, and links to other pages that will detail Terms & Condition, Private Policy and Official Rules.
Post-go live is expected once the website is live. Negotiation for an hourly rate for new changes after go live can be discussed.
Skillsets
Graphic designer competent in Adobe or similar program to create new images, banners, and themes. We will give you an item, and task you to create visual appealing images, graphics and expect a theme for the website. We’re looking more for someone with a creative edge who can build a website. Someone who is able to look at our item/prize, understand our audience, our vision, and create visual appealing graphics with a theme to the website. We are looking for a sleek, modern, yet simple and impactful website that will reflect our brand's essence. The designs will promote our online sweepstakes for high-end luxury items, ensuring they are both attractive and memorable.
HTML/Website: The freelancer should have the skills to build the website at a custom level. Our request isn’t hard, but we don’t want another copy and paste website, or a byproduct of a website builder. The freelancer should also be able to integrate with Shopify, ViralSweep, Meta, Instagram, and other social media.We’re looking for someone with experience integrating with Stripe or other payment options.
Shopify add on apps: A plus if you’re able to integrate Shopify’s add ons: email marketing list, chat support, loyalty programs, able integrate Google Analytics data and implement, Facebook ads
Audience: Target market includes affluent individuals seeking high-end luxury goods, 18-50+ male/female
Timeline: Go live by March, 1, 2025

Create wireframes and mockups for key pages (home, product listing, integration to Shopify, checkout, etc.) - (Freelancer)
Collaborate on UI/UX with us for feedback
Develop graphic designs for website branding (banners, splash images).
We will provide a picture, we expect you to be able to create new images using different backgrounds or editing, if you have rights to stock images, we are open to suggestions
Finalize design prototype for approval
Deliverables: Design of the layout with pictures, theme, and text
Second Milestone/Phase
Configure Shopify store with basic settings
Develop website pages (home, product pages, Rules & Conditions, Terms of Service, Contact, private policy)
Implement Shopify themes and customize for branding
Integrate Viralsweep.com for its functionality
Set up and link social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Configure marketing tools on Shopify (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok integration)
Test marketing workflows (campaign ads into the website)
Test functionality (shopping cart, checkout, integration)
Incorporate feedback from us

Conduct internal testing of website features
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) - We will test this
Address bugs and optimization issues
