E-commerce Website Creation with Custom Features

I'm starting an e-commerce business and need a freelancer to create a website for me. I have a reference website that I want mine to be exactly like, but with a few customizations.
Key Requirements:
- Website should be identical to the reference site, but with a few unique features.
- E-commerce functionality is a must.
- Experience in creating e-commerce sites is highly preferred.
- Some knowledge of website design and UX/UI principles would be beneficial.
Freelancers with a strong portfolio in e-commerce website development and a keen eye for detail will be given priority. Please include examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
