E-commerce Subscription Website Development
Budget: $200 – $500 USD
We're looking for an experienced developer or team to build a new e-commerce website that offers a physical subscription product. The site should follow the user flow and functionality described in the attached reference document.
Core Requirements:
Subscription Workflow:
Users subscribe to a physical product. Upon order placement, it goes to the admin for approval, where questions can be asked before proceeding.
Monthly Review Before Renewal:
Before each monthly renewal (4 days in advance), users must submit a progress review, including their updated weight. This data will be charted over time to visually display user progress.
Dynamic Dosage & Pricing Adjustments:
Admins can modify the product dosage, which may impact the price. If so, the user must be notified and explicitly accept the new price before proceeding.
Notifications & Messaging:
The system should notify users of important updates (e.g., dosage changes, admin messages, approval status) — preferably using WhatsApp integration for a more direct communication method.
Tech Flexibility:
We’re open to using headless CMS or existing platforms to speed up development — as long as all functionality is included.
You will be provided with Figma files for the frontend design.
Payment Processor:
Integration with Stripe or Square will be required for subscriptions and payments.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in building subscription-based e-commerce platforms
Ability to implement custom workflows (e.g., admin approval, progress tracking)
Knowledge of chat/messaging integration (ideally WhatsApp Business API or similar)
Strong communication and ability to provide regular updates
