E-commerce Store Development for Digital Graphic Producds

I am looking for an experienced e-commerce developer to help set up an online store for physical goods. The main objective is to enhance customer experience and drive more sales. I want a store that includes:
Product category, product listing, shopping cart, payment gateway, user account by phone number, OTP feature, on product page there should be a option to upload own photo/image for print product service, customized receipt for sales, social media integration, search capabilities, product filtering, product shearing buttons, a dashboard for owner, seprate dashboards for staff with login system, user account dashboard, etc.
Plateform: At this time our website is live on Wix plateform. Our most of all targeted audience will be from India only.
Budget: My budget for the website range is 25K and I want this website as soon as possible.
All the page matters, banner, poster, images and company logo will be given ready design.
