I have a woocommerce store that I need customization work done to it

I have included a screenshot for the section I'm talking about, the bottom blocks I do not need made.
My website is built using elementor and the theme is REY Theme (https://reytheme.com/) they do not have something that looks like this. This custom look will only appear for 1 of my brands the rest of my websites product page will remain the same.
