E-commerce and Directory Website Development

I'm seeking an experienced web developer to create a comprehensive e-commerce and business listing directory website. The site will showcase customers business profiles and include essential e-commerce features.
I am looking for someone to build the template/ layout as i am happy to input my own images and text if possible.
Key Requirements:
E-commerce functionality with:
- Shopping cart
- Payment gateway integration
- Product reviews
- Membership options
- Place for us to uplaod and sell downloadable resources like templates for client forms, order tracking, or step-by-step guides.
Business listing directory.
A curated platform where artists can create a portfolio/listing of their own to showcase their work, services, and locations.
- customers can then search these artists by location or specialty.
- Artists can upload their images aswell as source customer reviews(based off their membership), and have direct contact options.
Directory Listings: Should offer free basic listing but then charge for premium features like top placement, badges, additional images, and/or portfolio links.
- Provide the space for member to sign up for our online courses, guides, and tutorials.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in developing e-commerce websites
- Strong background in integrating payment gateways
- Ability to implement product review sections
