Job Description: UI/UX Designer - AI Automated Cooking and Food Platform

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our innovative AI automated cooking and food platform. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and chefs, to translate complex culinary concepts into user-friendly digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints, and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
2. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and facilitate user testing and feedback.
3. Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent branding and a seamless user experience across all platforms.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and identify areas for improvement, refining designs based on user feedback.
5. Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
6. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support during the development phase.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UI/UX design and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the platform's usability and user experience.
8. Continuously iterate and improve the user interface based on user feedback, data analysis, and emerging industry best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional design courses are a plus.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in a startup or technology-driven environment.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
5. Solid understanding of web and mobile design best practices, including responsive design principles.
6. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design methodologies.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Passion for food, cooking, and culinary experiences is a plus.
