build me a website with online order function
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a website for a bakery with the following features:
1. CMS, so I can update content and images (including product descriptions and photos, adding/removing pages etc.)
2. Online ordering with a credit card and Paypal payment.
3. with each user account, there will be an option that I will be notified by SMS for new orders.
4. Minimum order AND geographic zone for free delivery.
5. Compatible with the desktop, tablet, and phone browsers.
Please note, 1. you must use asp.net (c# or vb.net); 2. domain has been registered, will provide domain name as needed.
