I am looking for a skilled website developer who can build a portfolio website using Elementor (NOT Elementor Pro). The website should have a modern and professional design, and should include specific design elements and features that I have in mind.

You will do onpage seo, including competitor anaylsis, keyword analysis and more.
The website is expected to have about 15 pages, so the developer should be comfortable working with a large number of pages. Attention to detail and the ability to organize content effectively is crucial.
