build a website -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to build a website for my custom t-shirt business. I have a loose idea of the design and layout, and I am looking for what is a basic but elegant website with generic placeholders for items we will fill in when images and content are created. I am looking for someone with experience in website design and building to bring my vision to life. The website should be user-friendly and will have images of our products with hyperlinks to pages where the products are purchased. It will serve as a landing page to direct traffic to and contain thumbnails of our products with links to the specific vendor pages. Ultimately, I want the website to feel professional, modern and chic. Ideally the site will be built on our Weebly platform so we can easily manage the site after it is up. We have little in the way of content for the site and were looking for the builder to find media to populate the pages until we develop our own media down the road.
