build me a website

i had a website that i was working on from following a tutorial on youtube but had to stop following because it was a tutorial on how to do a car rental website which is slightly different from a Aqua Trike rental! a car rental rents by the days and obviously i will be renting by the hour with exceptions of 30 min options as well as multiple trike rentals!

like i said i started working on a website so its just a shell right now nothing works as it should so im looking for someone to take what i have started and make it into a fully operational site or start clean its totally up to you i just want the site to work where customers can book/reserve the aqua trikes

i have 14 trikes all together! from 9am to 8:30pm is when the trikes will be available for rent
i have a few packages for the customer to choose from they can rent

$40 -1 trike for 30 mins
$70 -1 trike for 1 hr
$200 -1 trike for 3hrs
$130 -2 trikes for 1 hr
$375 -2 trikes for 3hrs
$200 -3 trikes for 1hr
as i stated i only have 14 trikes so i would need the inventory to fluctuate as the trikes are being rented

i also need for each customer who reserve a trike to be prompted to specify how many life jackets they will need and what size! this is to be a mandatory option as every rider will need to be wearing a life jacket! a $4 fee is to be charged per life jacket!
