build a real estate website

I need a very good looking, responsive and easy to use real estate agency website where ads can also be posted when the need arises. Something that stands out and i also need very effective/efficient ways/ideas/methods on how to drive traffic to the site. If you are experienced, let me know so we can chat further. Also, i sincerely am not a fan of wordpress i need much better technologies for this project and would like only people who have experience in building real estate agency websites to apply. I would choose somone who convinces me of a sound and secure website with no security vulnerabilities. This website also, takes a monthly pay from independent agents and developers to showcase their properties for development, sale, lease or other joint venture businesses in the real estate sector. We need alot of traffic on the site and we need to to grow exponentially by ensuring people in the country know and see ads for it all over the internet in the geographical area. Everything stated here can be discussed further when we select after our first stage of screening. Finally this webite must be fully optimised for all kinds of mobile devices and built very light to reduce loading time.
