JV to build presale pages Click Funnel and set up ads on Facebook, Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing: I am searching for someone with experience in designing excellent presell pages in click funnels, placing and managing facebook ads. I will supply the platforms, and the ad budget upfront, but ad spend will be repaid from sales. After ad spend has been repaid, All other profits will be split 50/50.
