build me a minimalistic dictionary website (MERN)

minimalistic dictionary website that uses api of:
- oxforddictionary
- urban dictionary

i would prefer MERN if you have any experience in that field
other than that, if it satisfies the requirements for this project, i can consider it

main website features:
- word search obviously
- displaying the word, pronunciation, definition, examples etc...
- "favorite" button heart thing for words
(essentially like twitters "like" button)
- creating custom lists with privacy options such as "public", "hidden", or "private"
- saving words to a list
(this is separate from the "favorite" option)
- account creation
- user profile customization
(tag/username/id, display name, avatar, banner, bio)
- privacy settings
(for lists and favorites)
- following/blocking/reporting users
