build a bidding website -- 2

We are looking for a company to build a simple bidding site for us. We wanted someone with past experience, has technical depth to grow and maintain the site when it grows. The technical stack ideally would be React + ASP.net, but we are open to suggestions.

Also this will be a website that needs support mobile.
