admin panel and shopping cart

I need a shopping cart and a dashboard. I already have the templates, the API, and the consumption, but they are separate in .zip. I need the template design to be modified according to the requirements of the API and for the API consumption to be integrated into it. It has already done the consumption but in other zip file
