ZKteco4500 PHP MySQL attendance

I want to integrate zk 4500 fingerprint reader using PHP and MySQL for my attendance project. The login page is for three type of user (admin,supervisor,student). Supervisor and admin login using id and fingerprint while student just use id and password. Admin role is to register supervisor and student to the system. Supervisor role is to take attendance for their meeting with student and set a meeting date. Student login for checking their incoming meeting date and to check past attendance.
