Wsohm viewer

I have a fairly simple task....
I want a wallet balance viewer that can calculate the amount of sohm in a wrapper (wsohm).
Wsohm is currently available on Avax, ethereum, and arbitrum. There isn't a way to view the sohm balance inside the wsohm wrapper across all 3 chains.
The sohm calculation is a simple wsohm # * ohm index (the multiplier from the ohm rebases).
Basically what I want is a box for someone to put in their wallet address (should be the same for all 3 networks), have it pull the wsohm total, multiply by the index, and spit out an sohm #.
Bonus points for pulling the ohm price from coingecko, and a breakdown of wsohm on each chain, but those aren't critical. A wsohm total and sohm total are fine.
A wallet connection function would be nice as well, but saving the wallet address in the browser cookies is good enough.
