Write the content and design the structure of a website based on sample shared -- 3

I am trying to setup a website for Accounting and Compliance services in India. I want someone to look at the sample websites that I share and write the content of the new website. Moreover, the hired associate need to structure the flow of the new website. Do note I DON'T need help with website development, as I have a team member to do that. I need someone who can think from a business angle and structure the flow and content in a word document.
