Worlds first AI search engine

I'd like to make a search engine which you talk to and chat with and it brings up relevent search results based on your conversation, perhaps a 2 or 3 question query is sent to the user and they respond in normal language (english or otherwise), the query is sent to chatgpt who will turn it into a http request and then it will show the results and see if the user is happy. There will be user accounts (similar to logging on with google) so search history and chat history can be saved and a profile of the user can develop over time which the user has the right to delete should they wish, I will not be collecting or using any of that, I just want to make this thingy and have it work and if it generates money somehow I'd like a percentage.

So I chatted with chatgpt about it and the process is fairly simple, but so am I, so I need a programmer to do this for me and implement it, I just want some of the takings for coming up with the idea and inspiring you to create it.
