Wordpress webdesigner/webdeveloper needed for (mostly static) website -
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
Hello Webdesigners!
My start-up is looking for an intermediate/experienced webdeveloper/designer specialized in WordPress. Design should be minimalistic and clean, and communicate trust and quality. I have an example wireframe of what I would like the site to look like.
Description of assignment:
- The website is mostly static and could most likely be built using existing WordPress templates.
- Content is ready, just need help with attractive visual representation.
- Each page should have:
o My company logo on top left. Clicking on it leads to landing page.
o ‘Subscribe to newsletter’ element at bottom of page.
o Footer including company info and logos with links to social media.
- Pages to be designed/developed include:
o Landing page:
Visual material (e.g. a privacy related large image or short video (don’t have this yet)), our slogan and 3 pictograms showcasing the 3 values of my company included on the visual material.
Visually attractive elements with links to ‘About Us’ - page.
Visually attractive elements with links to ‘Services’ - page and ‘Privacy toolbox’ - page.
Around 4/5 testimonials from previous clients, moving horizontally from right to left.
Showcasing 3 professional memberships.
o ‘About Us’ - page: including my picture and some text with inline links.
o ‘Services’ - page: includes 2 underlying pages: ‘Full-time engagement’ and ‘Focus engagement’. Text is ready but need help with logos and attractive visual representation.
o Privacy toolbox’ - page: On this page I want to provide a knowledge library, through which users can search for, and filter through about 200 information items I collected and structured. Maybe this could be constructed using an e-commerce WordPress template.
o ‘Articles’ - page: I will use this as a blog for regular articles.
o ‘Contact’ - page: standard contact form, some fields mandatory, including consent tick box.
o ‘FAQs’ - page: around 9 FAQs, where answers will be shown when you click the question.
- Website should be desktop + mobile + tablet friendly
- Website should be SEO optimized
- Website should be secure
- Website should be fast (pagespeed.web.dev score of 95+)
- I also need help with the following:
o Publishing the website
o Short training on how to upload blogs myself
o Short training on how to add items to the knowledge library
Experience/requirements:
- English spoken
- At least 3 years WordPress work experience
- Experience with creating ecommerce-type/knowledge library search and filter system
- Experience with graphic design is a plus
Chance of future collaboration
In the future I will also need someone for website updates, maintenance, document formats, email formats, social media banners. So if I enjoy our collaboration, I would love to work again in the future.
