Wordpress portfolio website with blog

I am looking for a skilled Wordpress developer to create a portfolio website with a blog. While I don't have a specific design in mind, I do have some ideas that I would like to incorporate into the website.
My portfolio will showcase my software projects, so I need a developer who is experienced in creating a website that highlights software development.
The website will have between 4-7 pages, and I am open to suggestions on what those pages should be. I would like the website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Wordpress development (selecting a secure, aesthetically pleasing, user friendly and cost effective theme)
- wordpress plugins to ensure security, performance, stability, compatibility between plugins
- Graphic design (generating an svg logo, ai generated is fine, as long as it does not infringe any copyright etc)
- UX/UI design
- Experience with portfolio websites
- optional: Knowledge of software development
