Wordpress/WooCommerce plugin: Finish our new calculator

We are looking for an expert to help us in the development of our customers' sites (mostly WooCommerce and Wordpress).
Right now, we need help to finish a plugin that calculates the number of wall boards and accessories needed for a building project (last developer couldn’t finish the project). We have a number of projects that need to finish this year and new projects are coming all the time. We do online marketing and like an expert that can take the projects coming our way and finish them in good quality, for a reasonable price without us needing to micromanage the projects.
If you are a good programmer, designer, can solve problems, maintain and develop sites/shops, when we are looking for you.

We are looking for an expert in WooCommerce, Wordpress, design and all the other tasks that need to be done by a webmaster, when running a site and webshop. We have a number of tasks for the right person. We value proactive experts that can tell us, what we need to do and do it with excellence.
First task is to update our material calculator for different wall boards.
We like to make it a long term relationship. We like to know:
1) What is your hourly price(app. 10 hours a week in the beginning and full time after some time...)?
2) Are you available for updates and additional work in the future?
3) What is your experience in WooCommerce, WordPress and making plugins?
4) What are your experiences with designing and optimizing shops and websites?
5) Have you tried the calculator?
Please have a look at the plugins and answer all the questions.
We prefer to work directly with the expert and not with an agency. It is important you understand and can work with the culture in Scandinavia.
