Wordpress Point of Contact Website with CMS & SEO module with Responsive Design -- 2

I am looking for a basic Wordpress website with 5-10 pages which includes a CMS and the ability to add additional pages and edit content through the CMS. The website must also have an SEO module where I can edit the title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 tags, etc of each page and create a XML site map. The website must be very fast and score 90+ on desktop and mobile on Google page speed insights. It should use a super light template such as Generate Press / Generates Blocks Elementor. The design must responsive and render perfectly on all desktop AND mobile browsers. A contact us form will be required on the site where users can request a quote. The quoting should be managed in the CMS / Admin area of the website and must be able to relay to the end user through email. I will provide content but designer must provide a theme, logo, and portfolio of prior work. Success with this project will lead to more work in the future. The site will be hosted on Google Cloud or other shared hosting platform and be deployed by the developer.
