Purpose
It is a crowdfunding real-estate rental platform.
The idea is to make it feasible for small time investors to invest in hot properties and enjoy the rental as well as appreciation without investing their huge investments and also diversify their investment in various categories; residential, commercial or vacation rental or diversify geographically to reduce the risk.
The investors enjoy : annual rental and appreciation both
The investors can sell their shares to any new investors
The base price of the share would be in units (either 10$ or 100AED or 10000INR) depends on location.
What do we do
1. We identify the best property or developing property or property that is hot but needs repair
2. We prepare the cost of the project either straight buying or repairing or interior designing
3. This total is TOTAL PROPERTY COST that includes the property purchase price + repair and other charges + legal and closure fees
4. The total property cost is divided by unit price. The division result into number of share.
5. These shares are available to be purchased. AS the investors buy, it would display the % of funding and number of investors.
6. Once fully funded, it takes a period to legally complete the paper work of sells, and repair and finding the tenants.
7. After leased out, the investors earn annual rent and appreciation.
8. The investors can sell its share to other investors who are willing to buy.

2. There are three main important things
(I) login and admin dashboard for Investors. The investors can see their investments and its valuation. Also they can sell and buy shares. The video is attached.
(ii) the listing page, a kinds of shop displaying all the properties. These properties can be sorted based on its type (residential, commercial, vacation), it can be also sorted based on fully funded but not rented, fully funded and rented and not fully funded. It has its filter of geography, anticipated return, ….(the image is attached of the listing page)
(iii) the product page, the property details, it would reflect the attributes manually added when u add the property. Also the page has few calculations based on the attributes. The image is attached.
