Wordpress Jewellery Ecommerce Website Front End Design And Restructuring

Hi Everyone.
We are a Jewellery Based Ecommerce Online Store, we have a website thecolourfulaura.uk.
I am not 100% satisfied with the whole front end experience of my website.. I need someone who can not only provide consulting but also can redesign the front end with more fresh approach. I am looking for following things.
1- LeightWeight Theme with interative frontend
2- Restructuring of the categories and menus to make it more easy to navigate
3- New better looking landing pages and upselling items
4- Scope for new Sale or discounts banner on the index page
5- Jewllery is visual thing at first so we need something that can compliment photos
6- Has to be easy to navigate for customers.
7- Rearrange the sale, category and other pages to make them look more interactive.
Ours is wordpress based woocommerce store so we have to keep in mind the size and load of the website. ..if oyu have done something like this in the past then show me some examples.. otherwsie please dont want my time.
