Wordpress Affiliate Website Generate Press / Blocks / Elementor -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a WordPress affiliate website using the Generate Press theme with Generate Blocks and Elementor. The site must be responsive on all devices, light and super fast passing all of Google's lightspeed requirements.

Layout and Design: I am open to suggestions for the layout and design of the website. While I don't have a specific design in mind, I am open to ideas and recommendations from the freelancer.

Affiliate Products: The website will be promoting services and physical products as affiliate products. It will be a blog / guide style with recommendations

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress and the Generate Press, Blocks, and Elementor theme.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and the ability to effectively promote services. Prior examples of similar projects are required
- Creative design skills to provide suggestions and recommendations for the website layout and design.
- Strong knowledge of Google lightspeed and web vitals requirements
- Strong knowledge of integrating various wordpress plugins for SEO, Site Speed, and Affiliate marketing
