WordPress Site Conversion from AI-HTML Prototype

I have an AI-generated website prototype that already captures the overall look and feel I want. The design direction is largely finalized, and I am not looking for a major redesign. I need an experienced web developer to turn the prototype into a polished, production-ready website.

What I already have:

Homepage HTML prototype
Multiple internal/service page HTML prototypes
Logo and brand assets
Image and video assets
Existing copy and page structure

What I need:

Rebuild the current prototype into a clean, responsive, mobile-friendly WordPress website
Keep the current visual style and overall design direction as closely as possible
Create a structure that is easy for me to edit later and easy for another developer to maintain
Build reusable templates/components for header, footer, homepage sections, service pages, CTAs, and forms
Centralize styling and avoid duplicated code
Ensure the site performs well on desktop, tablet, and mobile

Preferred platform:

WordPress is preferred
Ideally a custom theme or a clean Gutenberg/ACF-based build
I am open to a similar CMS-backed approach if there is a strong reason, but I want something clean and easy to manage long term
