WordPress Developer for Legal Services Website
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I'm seeking an experienced WordPress developer to build a website for my business. We work with third parties that offer legal services for civil documents. The website should display these services prominently and facilitate direct purchases through a shopping cart.
Note: This is a collaborative project and process. You will be working with directly with me. All reported hours are during the collaborative process during my working hours.
Key Requirements:
- Develop on WordPress using common plugins
- Clean, minimalistic, and corporate design
- Shopping cart for service selection for service type with multiple payment options / phased payments / preauthorization payments / options for piece work / billable hours / project work
- Coupon codes
- Guest checkout
-Customer portal / vendor portal
- Real-time collaboration (strong internet connection needed)
- Fully responsive and user-friendly
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in WordPress development
- Strong design sensibility for corporate aesthetics
- Experience implementing shopping cart features
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative work
Professionalism and Soft Skills:
- Communication – Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to be clearly understood in professional conversations with a native English speaker. Strong written English skills.
- Work ethic – Reliable, responsible, punctual, adaptable and consistent – Simply put if you say you will do it you will do it. If you agree to a meeting time, then you are expected to be at the meeting on time etc.
- Soft skills – Friendly and positive demeanor that shows respect and support.
Tools required
- A fast reliable internet connection is essential. Please to not apply for this work if you live in a remote area without consistent and reliable internet.
- An adequate PC that has enough power to support the scope of the work
- A headset that allows for clear online verbal communication.
- If you live in an area prone to frequent blackouts, then a UPS is required to support consistent work.
- Software (Apps/saas) – You need to own the software or apps that will facilitate completion of the project. Of course, this excludes hosting and the plugins required for the site.
Your bid
This is an hourly rate project; I’m looking to start soon. Please provide your hourly rate and your portfolio. Your hourly offered rate must be the same as your bid. Any party / individual will be provided a trial offering.
