WordPress Designer - CRO Focus
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a frontend designer who specifically has experience designing for WordPress, and with experience implementing CRO principles into designs.
This is not a frontend development job (i.e. purely design), but it’s important you’ve specifically designed for WordPress so that you have an idea of what is realistic to accomplish relatively easily, and what things add significant difficulty despite potentially seeming easy.
Your role will be to design from requirements - in some cases more fleshed out from the start, in others beginning more conceptually so requiring more of your creative guidance - and collaboratively iterating to completion (meaning finished designs, and probably then further iterations as we implement the design).
There will be multiple websites requiring redesign, so experience with multiple design styles is a must. In some cases, it is a full redesign, other times it may be a small subset of pages, or a single page or component.
So that I know we're on the same page, please begin your message with the following statement: “I have a keen eye for design, and [theoretical/occasional/significant] implementational experience of designing with CRO principles. My opinion on page elements sliding or fading into view as you scroll is: [X].” Please fill in "X" as appropriate, and as a matter of attention to detail, please both (a) keep the square brackets around it, and (b) when selecting your level of experience with CRO, choose the option that applies to you, delete the other three and the square brackets, but keep the forward slashes.
