WordPress Build & SEO Optimization for Restaurant in Bali

I need a WordPress specialist who can shape the site layout and, at the same time, handle its early-stage SEO. Your focus will be twofold:

• First, get the theme, pages, menus and core plugins in place so the site is fast, mobile-friendly and easy for me to update.
• Second, carry out solid keyword research and weave those terms into on-page elements—titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt tags and internal links—so every page is technically sound and ready to rank.

I already have hosting and a basic idea of the site structure. Please feel free to recommend proven plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast, and if you see a gap that might call for a small custom plugin, let me know; I’m open to the suggestion even though I’m not sure yet whether it’s needed.

By the end of the project I expect:
1. A fully functional WordPress site with clean, well-commented code.
2. A keyword map that links primary and secondary terms to individual pages.
3. All key on-page SEO elements implemented and tested.
4. A short hand-off doc (or video) so I can maintain the basics myself.
