WooCommerce Design and implementation

I’m looking for an expert in WooCommerce/Wordpress in both design and implementation. The project is 2 phases with 2 separate milestones. Phase 1 is design. Budget for it is $45. Phase 2 is implementing the design into a WooCommerce Store. Budget is $35. Total Budget for the project is $80. I will provide further details in PM. If you bid over the amount I will disregard your bid immediately. I will decide on a developer/designer once I’ve reviewed everyone’s bid. I am not moving on the budget so don’t even try that. If you have any way of making yourself stand out, please provide it. I want the best developer so sell yourself.
