Wix: I need to modify the "Checkout" button to "Request a Quote"

I have been looking for a code (for a Wix site) that will enable me to use the store as a catalog, rather than an actual functioning store.
More specifically, Instead of having users click "Add to Cart" on each product and then "Checkout", which will prompt them to enter their payment information; I need something that will say "Add to Cart" but will actually add the product to a "Request a Quote" form (without redirecting the visitor to that page, unless they click the "Cart" Icon). When a user clicks on the "Cart" icon, it will take them to their "Request A Quote" form, which lists all of their selected products (with photos, as it would in the traditional "Check Out" page, and will allow them to click "Request a Quote" to submit.
