Wix designer for website restyle

I am looking for a Wix designer to restyle my website with content and image updates.

After a few re-design the mobile version is not working properly, and also, after a few years some functionalities of Wix are not working anymore and they need a fix. I would like to maintain the current design, but I am anyway open to suggestions.
It's important that the design will easily accommodate a multi-language website; for the moment, we have 2 languages, English and Italian, but we are going to add Russian too. I don't ask for copyrighting or translation, we can do our own, but we need the site ready to implement it correctly.
The job will require the following skills:
- Wix design experience (simple pages, not database/store)
- Graphic design skills (I will check your portfolio and look at the details)
- Ability to update content and images
- Strong communication skills to ensure the project meets my expectations
- Work with a method and not find sneaky solutions to "cover" problems.
The website should be fully functional and optimized for search engines. The project deadline is flexible, but I would prefer it to be completed within a month.
