Wix Website Modifications/Build

We are looking for someone who has experience building engaging websites utilizing Wix and WordPress platforms. The site needs to have both external pages and a members portal with multiple pages as well. There is a current site in place that needs to be organized and rebuilt to have creatives added to increase engagement overall look of the site.
