Wix or Web Developer for a Poll System on Wix

I need a poll system built in Wix. I would like to have any signed in user be able to vote on polls and see the results. I would also like people to have the ability to add friends and see how their friends voted on the polls. I also want the ability to frequently add new pills. The finished product should list all polls, old and new on the site.
