Wix Developer - Online Clothing Store

Hi, I'm looking at a start up online vintage clothing store. I will be starting off stocking only Men's Jackets/Jumpers and Men's Shirts. I will be looking to expand to Women's clothing and pants/shorts in mens. So I would need these pages to be set up but not showing at first publish. I believe you can 'hide' pages but I'm not 100% sure. The theme for the site would be industrial colours and style. Neutral colours, let the products stand out. Not looking for anything too fancy, just clean, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use for customers.
