Wine club

we are looking to launch an online wine club, and need help getting started. we need the full website on wordpress with Elementor (or similar for smart and easy edit) and woocommerce (or similar). The club is customer oriented, which means that every customer will get "cashback" from every bottle bought and from every friend (we are friends if u have invited me) order. Shipping won't be necessary as I will use local delivery services for this purpose. I am looking for someone who can design all the ecommerce (not with contents, but we need placeholders and 5/10 sample layouts) with online payment system at least include PayPal for secure payment processing. If you have the skills required to create an online store, and expertise in adopting a payment system like PayPal, then I'm keen to hear from you.
