Whatsapp commerce and website set-up for a dairy products delivery startup

I am looking for a developer to help set up a Whatsapp commerce platform and website for my dairy products delivery startup. The ideal candidate should have experience in Shopify and be able to incorporate my branding concept into the website design.

Features required for the Whatsapp commerce platform include:
