Websites revamp - WordPress

We are about to revamp our existing WordPress websites.

Our requirements:
1. Design and migrate all existing content to the new mobile friendly modern, up to date websites.
2. All three websites will look similar but with different languages.
3. Use existing page names, content & photos.
4. Later we should be able to update content on WordPress.
5. We don’t need e-commerce sites.
6. Specify what are the updates needed for better performance, loading, SEO.
7. To be completed within 2 weeks.
Before you submit:
1. Please review our websites before you bid, no need to rush.
2. Bid only your final no regret price to enable us to discuss further
3. Bid price for all three websites (NOT per website).
