Website with 2 types of users, searcher and messaging between them, personal area (profile, sign-up; log-in), design.

Hi, I need a website with GOOD DESIGN, that includes:
- Tab explaining how the website works, presentation of it, etc
- Tab for the personal profile of the user (sign-up, log-in, deactivate profile, edit personal data, changing password, type of subscription, etc). Typical things
- The website have several kinds of subscription (so, the payment have to be possible through card, paypal at least).
- Basically there are 2 types of users. The website is thought to find your best candidate from the other group of users. Users A want fo find users B (and users B want to find users A) that cope his expectatives. For that, they need filters with different features in each type of users. Some examples of features could be: nationality, language, country of residence, pictures, gender, availability dates, free text, etc.
- Also users A need to send private messages to users B and the other way around. If they are log-in but with no subscription they would not be able to read the message, only when they have an active subscription (monthly, anual, etc)
- There would be an option to save favorites users from the other group, so the user could see his favourites separately.
- If possible the website should be done in different languages (English, Spanish, French) but not completely necessary.
