Website wireframe

We are in need of an experienced web designer who can build a wireframe for a website that we need. We have an in-house developer and designer who will embed the design into the web application and mobile app.
This task DOES NOT require any coding. We prefer the deliverable in FIGMA - a low fidelity but RESPONSIVE and MINIMALIST wireframe.
