Website to view patient results

I am looking to create an online website where clinic login to view patients lab test results. A login portal will be required, so that clinics/doctors can securely log in and view their test results. This will need to be updated on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information. The functionality will include the ability for users to enter search parameters and obtain results as quickly as possible. With user-friendly navigation, the website will be easy to use and understand. .
