Website that can generate pdf and save as apple wallet. SaaS e-commerce with crypto gateway -- 2

This is a verification type website that allows customer to do a document generation method. They will sign up through a payment gateway and be able to have a 1 time access to creating a proprietary pdf. This pdf will have a barcode that will take whomever scans it to another website that will be essentially a triaged server database and can pull up the scanned information and show itThis first website will be to create a verified report that the user will manually input. The second half is making sure the database is set up to be able to have the scan pop up to verify user and mirror the pdf information. The payment will be strictly cryptocurrency gateway which will need to be integrated and set up on the front end. This will also need to be integrated into an apple wallet format for the end customer.
